About
I’m passionate about enhancing the gaming experience, fueled by a deep understanding of gamers’ needs. My career has centered on the game industry, where I excel.
With extensive experience in end-to-end UI/UX design, I’ve worked on large-scale, cross-platform systems in fast-paced settings. Currently, I’m the Game Director at Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow, for the game The Mystery Society. I specialize in guiding the game through concept to liveOps.
I value collaboration, creating a team environment where individuals reach their career potential and feel empowered. My leadership style is a supportive, collaborative one rather than harsh dictation. I thrive in a culture where there is transparency, nurture and accountability.
My Design Principles
Collaborate: Essential at every development stage.
Zoom out, zoom in: Understanding the big picture is essential to WHY, and you need to have the ability to ‘zoom out, zoom in’ frequently throughout development. One moment you are establishing why, the next you are scoping out the details of a feature to capture use-cases and solve potential problems.
Know your audience: You can use best practices and get inspired by other products all day long. You can analyze BI to identify opportunities. But you need be curious about what will resonate with YOUR audience if you plan to develop fresh ideas and creatively solve problems with high impact.
